I'm very excited to discover the next opportunity in my museum guest experience career! I have cultivated 7 years of expertise leading the project management of audience-facing programming. I have successfully led diverse project teams through innovative and complex projects, and am particularly adept at harmonizing a myriad of viewpoints from internal staff and strategic partners to deliver on project goals.

While working as the Guest Experience Project Manager at the Adler Planetarium, I utilized mixed-methodology evaluation to improve the diversity, inclusivity, and impact of the Adler’s monthly adult’s night events. Additionally, I created evaluation plans to test new exhibit components, wayfinding, and more, and later presented some of these findings at the 2019 Museum Computer Network conference. Simultaneously, I project managed the revitalization of an annual astronomy lecture from averaging 90 attendees to 185 attendees, produced a new planetarium theater show that was completed at 38% under budget, and coordinated the documentation, budgets, and timelines, between the museum and its contractor for a new guest experience master plan.

Meanwhile, I have pursued my passion for developing audience-facing experiences in my free time as well. This year I completed my master’s degree in Museum Studies at Johns Hopkins University, including classes in exhibition development, community engagement, and social media strategies. Also, I hold a volunteer position at NASA as a Solar System Ambassador, where I partner with public institutions to create free educational experiences.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to gather a wide range of experiences that I believe will allow me to make a positive impact at any institution. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you would like references or would like to have a discussion about where I may be able to best benefit you!
