During my tenure at Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, I served as Registrar and Assistant Curator, overseeing the care and management of art and artifacts, and creating engaging exhibits. I also played a role in helping the museum achieve national accreditation, organizing successful Juneteenth celebrations, and supporting capital campaigns that resulted in significant updates and renovations to the museum.

More recently, at Plantation Agriculture Museum, I have served as Curator and Head of Collections, spearheading updates to the permanent exhibit and creating innovative concepts for new temporary exhibitions and cultural events. My efforts have helped increase community involvement and garnered positive feedback.

In addition to my expertise in the arts, history, and cultural institutions, I have a strong background in Project/Operations Management, Training/Development, and Business Administration. I have experience in a range of industries, including Construction, Transportation, Retail, HR/Benefits, and Museums. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have skills in areas such as Customer Satisfaction, Social Research, Ethnography, Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Analytics, Spacial Concept & Design, and Curation of Large National Traveling Exhibits, including Smithsonian Exhibits.
