Most recently the Interim Director of Learning at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. In this role, I oversaw school and teacher programs, studio and community arts, academic engagement and gallery learning. I supervised 20 full time staff along with part time educators and volunteers. I was also the Head of Gallery Learning at the MFA for 13 years. During my tenure I oversaw 1000 programs each year, created new innovative programs, managed a three-quarter of a million annual budget and secured endowments and grants from individuals and institutions.
In addition to my work at the MFA, Boston, I was the Board President for the Museum Education Roundtable and most recently joined the New England Museum Association Board. I teach graduate courses at Northeastern University and Boston University in Arts Administration and Cultural Entrepreneurship programs. I have presented at conferences locally and nationally and in 2017 was presented with an Excellence Award from the New England Museum Association.
