Yijing Sally Hong is a New York-based art administrator and culture producer specializing in exhibition planning, public programming, community outreach, and project management. She has worked at the Brooklyn Museum, the Smithsonian Institution’s museums of Asian art, and many nonprofit and art service organizations.

 

As a generalist in the nonprofit and social service sector, Sally has collaborated with many emerging artists and local community organizations planning and producing public art projects such as street murals, participatory exhibitions, and interdisciplinary performances to amplify the voices of immigrants and Asian-American communities.

 

Sally has recently received a certificate in user experience design and is excited about new prospects in audience engagement that digital platforms bring to museums and science centers.
