As a science and environmental education specialist, I am committed to creating and offering scientifically accurate and engaging programs for learners of all ages. While my greatest strengths are informal education and life sciences, I am a learner at heart and love to stretch myself and grow.

Since moving on from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, I have built up a freelance business that includes a broad range of projects. One of my favorites was creating online soft skills courses for a global mentoring program for girls in STEM. One of my biggest projects has been managing a team of journalists to develop summer and gap year programs for high school and pre-college students in New York City. At the same time, I have loved staying closer to home and closer to my biology roots, working in-person with Denver-based organizations such as the Denver Zoo and Butterfly Pavilion. I enjoy that, as a consultant, I can participate in education in a variety of ways, from curriculum development to online instructor, as well as through program support and assessment.
