• Proficient in handling and digitizing archaeological, historical, archival, photographic and art collections
• Profficient at using and managing databases, most notibly the online digital media managment system MDID and PastPerfect Museum Software.
• Proffiencent with detailed condition reporting and conducting full inventories of collections.
• Experienced with all parts of exhibition prossess including selecting works and proper displays; coordinating and scheduling internal and external vendors; directing installation, deinstallation, and crating of works; preparting gallery spaces for exhibition; setting up and troubleshooting digital elements for exhibitions
• Writing experience including reports and technical manuals for internal tracking, press releases and exhibition summaries for promotion, official coorespondence with donors and external vendors, daily coorespondence of responding to small requests, and editing writing for publication.
• Experience managing multi-year grant programs, completing regular reports of project progress, and working with teammates to manage multiple parts of project simultaniously.
• Experience assisting with development and preparation for events and tours for museums.
