Major projects previous to pandemic:

Lead Team Member for Community Partnerships for Resilience, a climate resilience project (NOAA-funded, 2017-2020)
-Co-developed a place-based and project-focused climate resilience and communication curriculum unit for middle-school students
-Co-led two four-day Teacher Institutes to develop and test the unit
-Coordinated and collaborated with partners, teachers, and administrators in Lynn, Chelsea, and Hull, MA

Leadership during the Education Department’s strategic vision process included:
-Distilled, modeled, and quantified scenario planning
-Advised on best practices for changes to program sessions
-Co-supervised a new staffing and program support structure
-Led two cross-cutting teams focusing on Resources and Internal Communication
Piloted school partnership model: Climate & Weather unit for third grade in Chelsea, MA

Content expert for Teacher Services graduate courses and professional development, especially in the areas of climate change, resilient design, and Boston Harbor history
