Steven originated the role of Admissions Support Analyst at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum (2015 - 2020), where he used his extensive guest experience background to collect, interpret, and analyze data from the Museum's three historic properties to lead the organization toward more data-informed decisions and initiatives. His work with admissions data supported the Development, Education, Marketing, Retail, and Accounting departments. Previous experience as a Guest Relations Specialist and Box Office Supervisor at the Hall of Fame allowed him to provide context beyond the numbers and to continually represent the voice of the guest.

His expertise with Tessitura and Tableau software allowed him to automate reports and provide new insights into the Museum's business. Steven also recently received the Alyterx Core Designer certification.

In addition he spent five years in ticketing at the Nashville Symphony (2014 - 2019), gaining exposure to fundraising and subscriber cycles.

Steven holds a B.A. in English from Albion College and currently resides in Nashville, TN.
