Upon request I can provide the facilitation for employee focus groups.
  2. Strategic Training Planning – help my clients create strategic learning objectives which will allow them to create and execute training with measurable results for participants and their organization
  3. Training Infrastructure Development – help my clients create systems that help them execute training plans to optimize results and create lasting organizational change
  4. Facilitated trainings – in person or virtual trainings on topics that organizations are not comfortable leading or ones in which they feel their organization would benefit from outside instruction.
  5. Training Refinement – Services to help organizations, both non-profit and private sector, refine and improve existing training delivery, knowledge transfer and information exchange
  6. Integrated (or blended) content and leadership development planning – I help clients create plans that weave together content knowledge with leadership development to create trainings that are meaningful and engaging for all staff
  7. Virtual Training Planning – Support and oversight for the creation or conversion of traditional training to engaging virtual trainings.
  8. Staff Engagement – Provide guidance for the creation of trainings that target emotional intelligence. These type of trainings, both improve corporate culture and give staff the tools they need to engage in meaningful ways, resulting in long term growth and staff retention.
