I first taught informal science education as a volunteer at the New Mexico Wildlife Center in Espanola, NM--ever since I showed a turkey vulture to a group of students, I've been hooked! Since then, I've been an educator for the Traveling Programs department at the Museum of Science in Boston, MA, as well as a Public Programs Presenter at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco, CA. I love introducing people of all ages and backgrounds to new ideas and concepts, especially because it expands my horizons as well!
