I have worked as an independent contractor and as a federal employee for several museums in the DC metro area for the past 8 years. My expertise in collections management, registration, and CIS management is a result of my work on various inventory, collections move, and data standardization projects. I am well versed in several collections information systems, including Axiel EMu, Mimsy XG, Past Perfect, and TMS. I continue to engage in the museum field and remain current in collections management and museum registration practices through my involvement in organizations such as the Mid-Atlantic Association of Museums and the Association of Registrars and Collections Specialists. My experience and competency in these areas allow me to quickly understand, execute, and report on project goals.
