I am a US Air Force retired musician and honorably discharged after 20 years of service in the United States Air Force regional bands program as a non-commissioned officer. I am pursuing a professional civilian career as a museum technician or archivist once completing the graduate certificate program in museum studies from The George Washington University. I have three years experience as a Federal Government employee at the Dept. of Defense as a Program Analyst, Contracting Officer Representative (COR), purchase card holder and personnel security specialist. I am an accomplished leader with an extensive background in music, and a professional trombonist in military concert, ceremonial and jazz bands, government purchasing and procurement of office supplies, work services, media, information technology, and professional audio engineering and musical equipment. I have over 20 years experience in customer support including a background in teaching, leading amateur and professional musical groups, as a help-desk unit shop leader, maintained a $500K+ military musical instrumental equipment and supply inventory database for high-end professional audio and musical equipment. I have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. I am a motivated individual and will meet predefined goals despite a diversity of personalities, precarious situations, and changing priorities.
