“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” won’t work in our rapidly changing and digitally connected world. I thrive on connecting people and building relationships to discover opportunities, create community and produce successful outcomes. I've worked in the museum field for over 20 years and with organizations at many stages and in many sizes helping to increase awareness, engagement, and support.

In my communications work, I am known as someone who continues to ask questions and search for better, smarter, and more inclusive ways to work. Excellent communications don’t happen unless you continually strive to know yourself, understand your audience, listen for answers, and foster dialog.

◈ WHO AM I?
• an energetic, strategic marketing and communications leader who generously supports and motivates teams.
• a creative and collaborative problem-solver who gets things done.
• an authentic and forward-thinking lynchpin who connects people and ideas, breaks barriers, and recognizes the changing needs of diverse audiences.

◈ HOW DO I DO IT?
• I start with understanding organizational goals and then develop strategies, plans, and tactics with compelling messaging.
• I focus on making change by moving audiences through awareness, engagement, activation, and advocacy.

◈ COLLEAGUES DESCRIBE ME AS:
Generous, Enthusiastic, Compassionate, Motivated, Organized, Efficient

◈ WHAT DIFFERENTIATES ME?
My experience leading marketing and communications efforts for several nonprofits has given me unique abilities including assessing needs, developing collaborative plans, building stronger internal communications, and activating new strategies. I am constantly looking for ways to improve, restructure, and level up my work to create better outcomes.
