I'm an Emerging Museum Professional with a passion for transforming cultural institutions into thriving community hubs. I'm currently the Director of the Great Bend Museum in Ravenswood, WV, and I'm also pursuing a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University (graduating December 2026).

My work at the GBM focuses on to strategic planning, resource allocation, and community collaborations. I began here as an AmeriCorps member in 2021, where I worked to reopen and revitalize a struggling community museum. Our hard work paid off in 2023 when we received the West Virginia Association of Museums' "Museum of the Year" award, recognizing our progress and potential since reopening.

Before Ravenswood, I interned at the Oxford Museum Association, the Chipstone Foundation, and the Miami University Art Museum while pursuing degrees in Anthropology and Art & Architecture History. I also have extensive archaeological field experience in Ireland, the Bahamas, and Indiana.

Outside my professional roles, I actively contribute to the museum community, serving as a Board Member and Membership Committee Chair for the West Virginia Association of Museums. My commitment to historic preservation extends to the Ravenswood Historic Landmarks Commission and downtown revitalization initiatives with the Ravenswood OnTrac Program.
