My name is Du Chen, who was born in Beijing, China. I finished my first master degree in Tokyo Institution of Technology in Tokyo, Japan for majoring Chemistry. After experiencing an internship in the Science Museum, London, UK, I joined the Miraikan in Tokyo as a science educator. Because I wanted to have professional training of museum field, I attended the museum studies major in the graduate school of Texas Tech University, US.

I have plenty of international experiences and highly educational background in both science and museum. I was in charge of international collaboration programs in a wild range such as educational projects, collection management and exhibits development.
