I obitained a Ph.D. in Chinese Art History, and a M.A. in both Western and Japanese Art History. My B.A. degree is American Literature. I have more than 15 years of university/college teaching, and 7 years as museum curator. I have solid knowlege in the best museum practice policy, including collection, conservation, object care, accquisition, and deaccession. My curatorial roles are also expand to tasks working closely with the Marketing, Design, Education, and Development across the museums. I have several years of managerial roles, including supervising Teaching Assistants, curatorial interns, and administrative assists.
