I received my bachelor's in history from Nicholls State University, and received my master's degree in history, with a focus on public history, from the University of New Orleans. During my graduate study, I completed a two-year internship at The National WWII Museum where I assisted with the creation and planning of a new international conference on public memory of World War II. Currently, I work for the museum as a research assistant, completing various research tasks, and contributing short articles to the museum's website. Additionaly, I am an adjunct instructor teaching US history at Nicholls State University.
