I earned my Master's degree in Museology through the University of Washington with a Specialization in Evaluation. All coursework was viewed through the lens of equity, inclusion, and social justice, so that I take these issues to heart with every single project. Museums can only successfully help the communities they serve if they actively work directly with these community members.

I have a 4 years of experience as a museum educator. I plan, create, execute, train, and evaluate various educational programs for science museums and art museums, using museological best practices that encourage exploration and conversation. I have worked in a wide range of museums, from zoos & aquaria, science museums, natural history museums, popular culture museums, to art museums. My programs have included Generic Learning Outcomes, 21st Century Skills, or content-specific learning goals. I have also worked for over three years in other informal learning environments as a director of a tutoring center and a language assistant in France.

I have also worked as an evaluator and researcher. I love analyzing data to find what is working and what needs improvement. Museums can be their best forms when making data-driven decisions.
