art historian currently based in Minnesota. Though she has a wide variety of art historical interests, her research is focused on Renaissance and Baroque French, Flemish, and Dutch paintings, with thematic interests in the intersection of art, medicine, and cosmopolitanism.

In September 2018, she completed her Master's degree in history of art at the University of Leicester. Her dissertation, "Le Goût Français: Collecting French Painting in England, 1680-1780" received distinction upon completion.

Currently, Caitlin is open to positions within the museum and cultural heritage sectors. Moreover she is interested in research, teaching, or curatorial based positions or assistantships.

 

Previous experience includes assisting with archive cataloguing and database updates at the David Wilson Library at the University of Leicester; collections management assistant at the Center Art Gallery at Calvin University; and has independently planned and executed several art-related events.
