I am at my best when I can build relationships between people and a purpose. I have a demonstrated ability to lead programs and build strategies that are driven by a mission, and to ensure those programs stay connected to the people served by that mission. I have led multiple projects simultaneously, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and ensuring the delivery of high quality experiences.
I love coaching and leading teams, giving them the tools and space to do their best work. I have led and coached direct reports, and I also have extensive experience leading collaborative teams in a matrix organization. As a supervisor and coach, I strive to build on the strengths of the individual team members. I have seen firsthand the impact that strong leaders can have on the people they serve, whether that was research volunteers, museum guests, or public audiences. My background in neuroscience and people leadership allows me to translate complex ideas and experiences into stories that motivate and inspire.
