Success Stories: Improving DEAI Programs

MuseumExpert.org’s ambition is to find creative ways to address the obstacles we have identified that prevent museums from creating a Human Centered Workplace. In the first stage, we discussed several recommendations for individuals, museums, and the field. We presented them in a workshop with museum professionals and found that the question of implementing a genuinely effective DEAI policy is a central and essential step in this process. This webinar will bring together presenters who will share successful strategies that, it is hoped, will inspire positive change in other museums.
