About the event

This webinar will follow up on MuseumExpert.org's first CEO session, presented just before museums started to reopen in 2021. The panelists then discussed how their organizations had weathered the pandemic and what measures they'd taken to survive.

Two years later, this program will review the wave of reopenings and learn how leaders and staff coped and adapted. We have learned in other webinars that many employees faced burnout or other career development obstacles and felt left out of the post-Covid rebuilding process. But how have museum leaders experienced that situation and what are their strategies to rebuild the workforce and foster a corporate culture that takes into account these issues?

Panelists:

The moderator will be Barry VanDeman, CEO of La Nube, the children's museum project in El Paso, Texas.

Information about registration for this webinar will be available soon. Please note, this program will be 90 minutes.
