A Way Forward: Building A Human Centered Workplace

Last spring, MuseumExpert.org ended the ‘23-‘24 season with a thought-provoking conversation about the outcomes of our survey regarding the barriers towards the creation of a “Human Centered Workplace”. During the summer we have solidified these results and produced a comprehensive document that also includes several recommendations to work towards reducing or overcoming these barriers. Looking ahead, MuseumExpert.org hopes to help implement these recommendations. But we cannot do this alone. As we have done on many occasions, we are turning to you, the MuseumExpert.org community, to help us fine-tune these ideas. We want to know your opinion on our recommendations. Which ones are significant? Which ones are realistic or not? Did we overlook something important?
