Do museums still have a place or does the whole system need to be rebuilt? You ask me about DEI in interviews, but what is it that *your institution* is really doing to further any of it? Are the frontline workers getting paid a living wage, is the CEO/CFO pay not more than 4 times that of the lowest paid employees, are you paying interns, are you allowing your museum to unionize, the list of questions could go on and on.
