Yijing Sally Hong is a New-York based art administrator and culture producer specializing in exhibition planning, public programming, community outreach, and project management. She had worked at Brooklyn Museum, Smithsonian Museums of Asian Art, and many nonprofit and art service organizations.
As a generalist in the nonprofit and social service sector, Sally collaborated with many emerging artists and local community organizations, planning and producing public art projects such as street murals, participatory exhibitions, and interdisciplinary performances to amplify the voices of immigrants and Asian-American communities.
Sally had recently received a certificate in user experience design and is excited about new prospects in audience engagement that digital platforms brought to the museums and science center. She is actively seeking opportunities to work with museums and science centers to design user-friendly digital products and services that provide a holistic user experience.
